At Kadeau, our cuisine is shaped by the seasons and the unique terroir of Bornholm. Thanks to the island's extended summers, we can cultivate produce like figs and mulberries that wouldn't thrive in other parts of Scandinavia. We produce and forage most of our own ingredients on the island, while also working closely with like-minded suppliers from across the Nordics.
To reflect the variety of ingredients and flavours of Bornholm, our menu consists of around 18 unique servings.
