This menu highlights the vibrant herbs and vegetables from our garden and from the surrounding Bornholm wilderness. Our seasonal ingredients are complemented by sustainably-sourced Nordic meat and seafood.

This June, Kadeau will host a special residency at Folkemødet on Bornholm.

From Wednesday 10 June to Saturday 13 June, we will serve a seasonal set menu, bringing the flavours of Kadeau to the heart of the gathering.

Alongside the restaurant, Kadeau will also open the Kadeau wine bar offering snacks, wines by the glass and bottle, simple dishes, as well as non-alcoholic options.

Bookings for the restaurant are recommended, but the wine bar operates on a walk-in basis.
